200gr of flour 00
70gr of potato starch flour
160gr of sugar
50ml of milk
70gr of butter
1 yeast for sweet sachet
1 vanillina sachet
30ml of strawberry flavor
1 pinch of salt
1 pouring cake kit
1 jar of strawberry jam
1 jar of icing chocolate
1 jar of vanilla icing
chocolate bars and pralines
aluminum foil+plastic bottle+ribbon
Dissolve the butter and allow it to cool. Now separate whites from egg yolks. Begin by beat the whites with the salt. Just pass on the yolks put in another bowl and beat them together with the sugar. When it becomes foamy, add milk, butter, sifted flour, yeast, aroma and vanillin.
Now that everything is well-assembled, add snow-white egg whites by turning it from the bottom upwards. Turn oven to 180°.
Grind and flour a 20cm baking pan and pour the mixture into it. Cook in the oven for 40min. Just when ready cool the cake. Now you can mount the gravity cake kit as the explanation then sit over half of the below of your cake.
Now you can fill the cake first with a layer of vanilla cream and then with jam. Place over the other half and stuff with the chocolate cream also the arm where you will first put the plastic bottle covered with aluminum paper. Now put the chocolate bars around the cake and hold them with a ribbon. You can then fill the top with chocolate pralines, also covering the arm. Done!! :))
