Beat 3 eggs in a separate bowl combined with milk water and half melted butter. Sift the flour and add the eggs, along with vanilla and a bit of salt. Stir well and then add the milk. Cover the dough and let stand for two hours.
Meanwhile prepare the filling by combining melted butter to the yolk of an egg, brown sugar, half of powdered sugar, vanilla essence and rum. After a while add the previously chopped walnuts and cream. After you have mixed everything, butter a baking tin and preheat the oven to 180°.
Take back the dough with flour, light the fire in a frying pan and put some butter. With the help of a ladle use half of dough to make pancakes. The other half of the dough add to the rest of the cream with rum. Meanwhile beat until stiff the egg whites used for the filling and add to the mixture with rum. Cook these pancakes and then arrange them one above the other in the baking tin, smearing in the middle with some honey. Bake for 5min. When ready let cool and sprinkle with the remaining powdered sugar and serve.
