120gr of butter
250gr of sugar
10gr of vanilla
30gr of red food colouring
5gr of salt
5gr of baking soda
350gr of flour
50ml of whole milk
For the filling:
400gr of ready-made vanilla frosting
300gr of ready-made choco cream
500ml of whipping cream
100gr of flaked almonds
250gr of glace cherries
Prepare two trays of 18 and 14cm and lightly grease.
Few minutes later put the red food colourin and stir vigorously for about 5min.
Heat the oven to 180°. Now divide the batter between the two pans and bake in the center, for 25min. Freshly baked cakes cool them on a wire rack. Cut them in half and start to fill them before spreading the vanilla cream and then the cream.
Above the creams positioned the cherries, save some to garnish the outside of the cakes. Assemble the cake by placing the crown over the cherries. Now it's time to fix the most small cake above the more big.
