800gr of mussel
400gr of cooked cannellini beans
5 cherry tomatoes
2 clove garlic
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper
Wash the mussels with a stiff brush and rinse. Now put them in a pan with few oil, garlic and wine. Cook with the lid closed with the high flame for a few minutes until open.
Now pass the beans in a masher and cook them in a deep pan with a little oil, garlic, chili pepper and chopped onion. Brown and remove the garlic.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for 10min.
Add the pasta and mix together and sometimes add some hot water.
Cook the pasta. When cooked pepper and serve with a thin trickle of oil.
