800gr of mussel
400gr of cooked cannellini beans
5 cherry tomatoes
2 clove garlic
1 cup white wine
salt and pepper
Wash the mussels with a stiff brush and rinse. Now put them in a pan with few oil, garlic and wine. Cook with the lid closed with the high flame for a few minutes until open.
Add the cherry tomatoes and cook over low heat for 10min.Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley. Pour into the pot of the beans all the mussels without shells and their cooking broth. Add the pasta and mix together and sometimes add some hot water. Cook the pasta. When cooked pepper and serve with a thin trickle of oil.
