6 slices of smoked Prague ham
1 sheet of puff pastry
60gr of tomato puree
30gr of bicarbonate
few olive oil
oregano, basil and thyme
Preheat the oven to 180°. Combined with tomato sauce all the spices and stir. Slice the mozzarella creating at least 6 slices. Now pass the ham slices in tomato sauce.
Place the puff pastry sheet on the aluminum foil that you previously oiled all with a mixture of oil and soda.
This system will avoid that the two ends do not open. Lie down the ham and a slice of mozzarella and close with pastry and with aluminum foil to form bags. Bake for 15 min. and serve hot.
