200gr of strawberries jam
Sieve the flour, cornflour, baking powder and bicarbonate into a large bowl. Add sugar and mix.
After put the sunflower oil and vanilla to the thickened soy milk and whisk to combine. Pour the wet ingredients into the centre of the dry ingredients and stir gently with a wooden spoon until no lumps remain.
now add the jam before sandwiching the two half together.
Dust the top of the cake with some icing sugar if you want and enjoy with your afternoon tea!
