170 gr. leek
200 gr. of potatoes
800 ml. of milk
Chop the potatoes and sliced the leeks (remember to remove the green part).
Now pour into a saucepan the milk, butter, vegetables and a bit of salt. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 20 minutes: be careful because the cream sticks to the bottom, then turn it frequently and if necessary add few vegetable broth.
Remove from heat and shake it with the immersion blender.
Serve hot in a bowls (which you preheated in the oven).
If you want to garnish with a drizzle of cream raw, formed a circle and in the center put a sprig of parsley or otherwise pieces of smocked bacon. Buon Appetito!!
